Any business can create the ideal environment in which creative improvement ideas can be generated by people at all levels in the organization. However, it would be a mistake to think the environment can effortlessly, almost automatically, be created. Human nature is much too complex for that to happen. In any corporation there will be issues and in-house politics, which can be stumbling blocks to promoting any environment where there will be a free flow of ideas and information.
